Ongoing Managed Services

Ongoing application and platform support starts with understanding your systems, your team and the work that needs to continue after delivery. TPR Media can discuss an engagement shaped around those needs, rather than assume a standard support package fits every environment.

Potential activities, subject to scoping

Agree the responsibilities before support begins

We first discuss the application or platform, its users, ownership, dependencies and current support arrangements. Access to the code, provider accounts and documentation affects what can be assessed and supported. An inherited application may need a separate review before ongoing work is appropriate.

Potential activities are discussion points, not included services. The engagement defines the supported systems, work boundaries, client and third-party responsibilities, access arrangements and how changes are authorised. Hosting, backups, monitoring and recovery requirements need explicit agreement; they are not assumed inclusions.

Support hours, request channels, prioritisation, escalation and any response or resolution arrangements are agreed per engagement. No fixed response time, service level, continuous coverage or government support commitment is offered by this page. Work outside the agreed boundary is assessed and scoped separately.

Commercial terms and fees follow the agreed requirements. There is no published managed-services package price or included editing-hour allowance here. Any existing website-care agreement remains governed by its own terms and should not be read as an application or platform support offer.

Application support is not cyber security operations

Any application assurance, hardening or dependency testing must have an agreed scope and documented limitations. TPR Media does not operate a security operations centre or provide full cyber security operations. This page does not offer incident response, 24/7 coverage, a security certification or a compliance outcome.

Frequently asked questions

What can an ongoing engagement cover?

Potential work includes maintenance planning, agreed application changes, issue investigation, performance review and documentation. Activities depend on the platform, access, dependencies and responsibilities agreed with the client.

Is there a standard package or monthly price?

No managed-services package is published here. We discuss your requirements and agree scope, fees and commercial terms before an engagement begins. Historical website-care arrangements are not prices for broader platform support.

What response times or support hours are included?

None are implied by this page. Support hours, request channels, priorities, escalation and any response or resolution arrangements must be agreed for the specific engagement.

Can you support an application you did not build?

We can discuss a review first. Suitability depends on code and account access, dependencies, documentation, data handling and the work required. We do not promise that every inherited system can be supported.

Does this include cyber security operations?

No. We do not operate a security operations centre or provide full cyber security operations. Any application assurance or hardening work is scoped separately with its limitations documented.
