You started on Replit. We finish it properly.

You started on Replit. We finish it properly. TPR Media reviews inherited Replit projects, clarifies what is there, completes an agreed scope and helps you take ownership of the result. We do not assume every inherited project is salvageable, complete or secure: a scope review comes first, with risks and unknowns recorded before implementation.

What you get

A clear boundary between finishing a site and building operations software

Replit can be a useful place to start a product, prototype or internal tool. The next step is not automatically a rewrite. We first inspect what exists, how it runs, which parts are understood and which parts depend on missing context. Access, deployment, third-party services and data handling all affect the recommendation. If the project is not suitable to continue, we will say so rather than imply that completion is guaranteed.

For a marketing site, the work may include finishing the agreed pages, connecting forms or integrations, checking responsive behaviour and preparing a practical handover. Completion means the agreed scope is implemented and tested against agreed journeys; it does not mean that every future feature or unknown inherited dependency is covered.

A starter CRM is deliberately limited: contacts, a pipeline, basic tasks and basic reporting, subject to discovery. It can support a clear first workflow without pretending to be a full operational system. A full vertically integrated operations CRM has a different level of complexity, including the organisation's detailed permissions, workflows, data model, integrations and reporting needs. That work is custom SOW only after the requirements are known.

If the requirement is a connected operating system rather than a narrow inherited-project completion, see Custom CRM development at /services/custom-crm. It starts with discovery and a custom SOW, not an assumed package.

Our process includes a scope review, completion and testing, handover and an optional care phase. Testing covers the agreed scope and supported environments. Handover records what was delivered, how to access it and what remains known or unresolved. Monthly care is an agreed support service, not a promise that an inherited system is secure or that every issue can be fixed without further scope.

We ship production software on Replit at product-team depth: multi-tenant systems, payment and accounting APIs, chatbots that write into the CRM, and client portals that replace email chase. That is vertical integration, not a pretty front end on a spreadsheet. When a build stalls on auth, payments, data, or integrations, we take it through an agreed release you can run and own, subject to scope, access and testing. Directed by a Replit Level 5 Master Builder (top 1%), we specialise in finishing what Agent starts and leaving a system with documented limitations and an agreed path to production.

Proof of Replit experience: Tim Nelson is publicly confirmed as a Replit Level 5 Master Builder at https://replit-certifications.replit.app/tim1985. His post said: “Watch out world, I’m now a Master Builder on @Replit! This is the future of building software and it feels like a superpower, have you tried it yet?” — Tim Nelson.

What we’ve built on Replit

Replit development here means reviewing an inherited project, completing an agreed scope, testing it and handing it over. Demonstrated capability is not included in every package; full operations CRM work is custom SOW after discovery.

Frequently asked questions

Can you take over any Replit project?

No. We review the project first. Access, code quality, dependencies, deployment, data handling and the requested outcome determine whether completion is sensible. We do not imply that every inherited project is salvageable or secure.

What is included in a scope review?

We inspect the available code and configuration, understand the intended user journeys, identify dependencies and unknowns, and document a recommended completion, rebuild or stop decision. A discovery sprint starts from $1,800 ex GST, subject to scope.

What is a starter CRM?

A starter CRM is a deliberately narrow workflow covering contacts, a pipeline, basic tasks and basic reporting, subject to discovery. It is not a full operational CRM and does not include unlimited workflows, permissions, integrations or reporting.

Can you build a full operations CRM?

Potentially, but full ops CRM work is custom SOW only. We need to understand your processes, data, permissions, integrations, reporting and support requirements before pricing or promising a delivery scope.

What does testing cover?

We test the agreed scope and agreed supported environments, including relevant user journeys, forms and integrations where access is available. Testing cannot guarantee that an inherited project has no unknown defects or security issues.

What happens at handover?

We provide the agreed code and account access, deployment and environment notes, usage or admin guidance, and a record of known limitations or follow-up work. The exact handover is defined during scope review.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Monthly care starts from $150/mo ex GST for agreed updates, checks and support. Larger changes, new features and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Are the prices fixed?

Prices are starting points, ex GST and subject to scope. Production websites start from $1,500, site + CRM builds start from under $10,000, discovery sprints from $1,800 and monthly care from $150/mo. Full vertically integrated operations CRM work is custom SOW only. We confirm the scope, dependencies, assumptions and price before implementation.
