Software, CRM and digital platforms

TPR Media designs and builds custom applications, CRM systems and digital platforms for organisations that need a better fit than an off-the-shelf setup. We define the operating need first, then deliver with documentation and client ownership of code and data.

How we work

Design

Plan the experience, information structure and technical boundaries with your team.

Build

Deliver in agreed stages, keeping scope and decisions visible throughout.

Assure

Test core journeys, integrations and the agreed security and performance requirements.

Run

Transfer code, accounts and documentation to the client, with ongoing support available if needed.

Delivery and assurance

Brisbane-based onshore delivery, documented handover, client ownership of code, accounts and data, and security testing on the applications we build.

Clients own their code, accounts and data. We provide documented handover and test the applications we build against the agreed scope. Hosting and third-party services are confirmed during project scoping.

Software built around real operating needs

Our team developed Boatn's online boat and personal watercraft training software, operated by OLS Aust Pty Ltd, and Agency Intelligence, our Australian-developed suite connecting client records, projects, communication, reporting and invoicing. These platforms bring workflows and information into connected systems.

Byron Bay Pizza Co

Software & Platforms

commercial

Byron Bay Pizza Co makes premium frozen pizza with a genuinely loyal following. The only problem was finding it. One of our directors, on holidays and craving a slice, went hunting for the website to track down a local stockist and came up empty handed. If a fan with money in hand could not find where to buy, plenty of others were missing out too. A product this good deserved a site that could be found.

Byron Bay Pizza Co now has a WordPress site as good as the product. Fans can find a stockist in seconds, and wholesale buyers have an obvious way to get in touch and put the range on their shelves.

Mean Mother (Haigh Australia)

Software & Platforms

commercial

Mean Mother 4X4 is the leisure brand of Haigh Australia, a Brisbane manufacturer that started life as Morey Haigh and Associates in 1970 and became Haigh Australia in 1993. The business moved manufacturing and wholesaling to Darra in 2001 and launched its Exitrax recovery board range in 2019. Five decades of Australian engineering had earned the brand serious respect among off roaders, but the online store did not match that standing or make a large, technical range easy to shop.

Mean Mother now has a Shopify store that reflects more than fifty years of Australian manufacturing, presents its full range the way drivers shop, and is backed by search and social campaigns built to put the right gear in front of the right four wheel drivers.

Frezie

Frezie had a simple, lovely idea, give parents an easy way to make healthy treats their kids would beg for. To sell its premium silicone popsicle moulds online, the brand needed a store that felt bright and playful, showed the product in action, and turned curious mums into confident buyers.

Frezie launched on Shopify with a store that shows the product clearly, backs it with recipes and customer care content, and gives health conscious mums an easy path from a good idea to a basket at checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the software after delivery?

The client owns the code and data produced for the engagement. Account setup and transfer are agreed during scoping so that ownership is clear.

Can you take over an existing application?

Yes. We can assess an existing application and identify the work required before proposing changes. Access, dependencies and current hosting shape the assessment.

Can you integrate with our CRM or business systems?

Integration can be included where the systems provide suitable access and interfaces. We confirm dependencies and responsibilities before implementation.

Do you build mobile apps?

We scope applications around user needs and delivery constraints, including responsive web platforms where appropriate. A specific mobile requirement is assessed during discovery.

What documentation is included?

The handover covers agreed technical and operational documentation, code and access ownership. The exact materials are defined in the project scope.
