TPR Media helps government teams modernise citizen-facing services, platforms and information discovery. Our Brisbane-based team supports scoped digital and AI work with documented handover and clear client ownership.
We can begin with a scoped discovery or capability briefing, then agree delivery stages and decision points. Work is delivered from Brisbane, with documented handover and ownership of code and data retained by the client.
Experience grounded in Queensland communities
Our experience includes more than half a decade of work for the Office of the Governor of Queensland, spanning 2016 to 2021, and work across Queensland Government departments and agencies including Maritime Safety Queensland and the Department of Transport and Main Roads. We also provide professional digital services in public affairs and developed the Boatn online training platform operated by OLS Aust Pty Ltd.

Capabilities at a glance
Digital Transformation
Turn complex priorities into a practical roadmap, then improve the services and journeys people use.
Help people find the information and complete the service
TPR Media is a family-run business led by brothers Scott and Tim Nelson, who have run the business for more than 18 years. Our headquarters is on Eagle Street in Brisbane CBD. Our Queensland-based staff span Brisbane CBD, the Gold Coast and regional Queensland, including Theodore in Banana Shire.
Public information can be hard to find in search results and AI answers. Campaigns can miss their audience, and online services can lose people before they finish. We connect discoverability, clear content and practical digital journeys so people can find what they need, act on it and complete the service online.

Long-term support for the Office of the Governor
For more than half a decade, TPR Media provided digital and communications services to the Office of the Governor of Queensland, with work spanning 2016 to 2021 during Paul de Jersey's tenure. This was a broad body of work supporting the Office and its public-facing activities.
Experience across Queensland Government
Our team has delivered work across multiple Queensland Government departments and agencies, including Maritime Safety Queensland and the Department of Transport and Main Roads. This experience complements our long-term work for the Office of the Governor of Queensland.
Professional services in public affairs
Our experience also includes providing professional digital services to political organisations. Client identities and engagement details remain confidential.
Make training consistent, measurable and repeatable
Our team developed the online boat and personal watercraft training software behind Boatn, operated by OLS Aust Pty Ltd. Created and launched in Brisbane, the platform addressed inefficiencies in training delivery and supported standardised learning and measurable training outcomes for Queensland trainers.
See the work, understand the results and retain the knowledge
We built Agency Intelligence, our Australian-developed software suite, to connect client records, communication, projects, SEO, advertising results and invoicing in one system, with a branded client portal. It supports clear reporting and traceability from deliverables to results and invoices. Tools and client access are agreed for each engagement.
Our AI visibility tools track whether and how an organisation appears in answers across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude and Grok, with reporting by platform.
Queensland delivery
Work directly with our Queensland-based team, from Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast to Theodore in Banana Shire, supported by Queensland suppliers.
Knowledge stays with your team
Staff training and documented handover help your people understand and maintain the work delivered.
Value you can assess
Clear rate cards, agreed terms and reporting on measurable outcomes help you assess the work and its value.
Amalgamated Group has delivered award winning painting and building refurbishment across South East Queensland since 1978. Its work sits on landmark sites, from Palazzo Versace to Dreamworld, Movie World and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. The reputation was there, but the website did not carry it, and there was no clear path from a curious visit to a booked quote. A brand that repaints icons needed a repaint of its own.
Amalgamated Group now has a WordPress site that wears its forty year reputation with confidence, presents its blue chip client list clearly, and leans on search and social campaigns that keep quote requests coming in from the commercial and residential clients it wants most.
The Book Warehouse has been a family owned Australian book fair staple since 1991, famous for thousands of titles at prices that pull a crowd. Generations of readers know the brand from the school hall and the shopping centre fair, but that loyal following could only buy in person. The job was to take the same range and the same value online, sell it Australia wide, and make the store as easy to browse as the tables at a fair.
The Book Warehouse now sells nationwide on WooCommerce, with a store that turns browsers into buyers and search and social campaigns bringing new readers in, all while the book fair heritage stays front and centre.
Byron Bay Pizza Co makes premium frozen pizza with a genuinely loyal following. The only problem was finding it. One of our directors, on holidays and craving a slice, went hunting for the website to track down a local stockist and came up empty handed. If a fan with money in hand could not find where to buy, plenty of others were missing out too. A product this good deserved a site that could be found.
Byron Bay Pizza Co now has a WordPress site as good as the product. Fans can find a stockist in seconds, and wholesale buyers have an obvious way to get in touch and put the range on their shelves.
