Raeco has fitted out Australian libraries since 1961, right up to major government procurement contracts. We rebuilt and redesigned its WooCommerce store so that heritage and credibility carry into a far cleaner buying experience.

The challenge

Raeco has supported Australian libraries since 1961 with shelving, furniture and the essentials that keep a library running, and it supplies through major government procurement contracts. Six decades of trust counted for a lot, but the online store made a huge catalogue hard to browse and did not serve its two very different buyers well, the institutional procurement officer and the direct shopper.

The outcome
