Cost: We provide this copy free of charge.
Timeframe: We will respond to and fulfil your request within 45 calendar days of receiving a verifiable request.
Right to Erasure (Deletion Upon Request)
Upon your request, we will promptly delete, destroy, or de-identify all personal information collected about you or your campaign/website projects, unless we are legally required to retain it for financial or tax compliance under Australian law.

Security of Personal Information
Your personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. When your personal information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it. Most client files are kept for a minimum of 7 years.

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, criminal record, or health information. We use sensitive information only for the primary purpose for which it was obtained, or with your consent, or where required by law.
